Tues: Snatch, then Row, HPS, Thrusters & Bike
Wed: Back Squat, then DB Box Step Overs & Box Jump Overs
Thurs: Bench Press, then DU, KBS, Chin-Ups & Sprint
Fri: DL, then Rope Climbs & Thrusters
Sat: “Grace” plus Ring Dips, RMU & Sprint 
Sun: Row, then Pull-Ups & WB
*Revised Schedule: 800 am / 930 am / 1100 am / 1200 pm Yoga / 130 pm
