Barbell Club is coming… Stay tuned for details on the return of Barbell Club! Led by Coach Mike, we anticipate these Thursday sessions to kick off at the end of June.

Mon: Bench Press, then PC&J & TTB
*Silver Steps @ 10:00 am
Tues:
 Back Squat, then HSPU & Bike
Wed: “Nancy”
*Silver Steps @ 10:00 am
Thurs: DL, then KBS, Box Jumps & CTB
Fri: C&J complex, then DB Snatch & WB
Sat: SDHP, AMSU, DU, PS & Thrusters 
Sun: Shoulder Press, then partner work with SB Carry, Bike & Air Squats
