All classes on Thursdays offer an Open Gym format. There is no programmed workout but rather an opportunity to focus on accessory work, technique, a missed workout or lifting PRs. The box is yours to use as you see fit – keeping safety and decency in mind.
Not a regular CFV member but following another strength and conditioning program and need a place to call home? Can’t deal with the traditional ‘globo gym’ and their rules of no lifting? Our Open Gym membership gives you access to our fully equipped facility as well our Barbell Club class on the weekends.
