Olympic Lifting

We offering access to a 3x/wk Olympic lifting/strength program. This additional work will be programmed by California Strength, and will compliment your regular WODs. It only takes 1 hour each day!

It is broken up into 4 week blocks and the first week will be coached and for the remaining 3 weeks, it will be up to you to schedule your additional skill work, lifting, and accessory exercises (during normal class times either before or after WODs works well).

We also offer a weekly barbell club class on Sunday’s at 11:00am for anyone who like the Christopher Walken that actually lifts, always needs more barbell.
